At the event, Zheng Guoguang, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the International Cooperation Mechanism for Natural Disaster Prevention and Emergency Management of the Belt and Road, former Secretary-General of the National Disaster Reduction Commission, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and President of the China Disaster Prevention Association, focused on visiting the "Folding Community" of Zeyu Housing and gained a detailed understanding of the prefabricated modular design of the "Folding Community".

President Zheng Guoguang stated, "The concept of 'folded community' is very novel. The modular design of prefabricated components exhibits remarkable practicality and innovativeness in the field of disaster prevention and mitigation as well as emergency management. Its core characteristics are highly aligned with the current international trend of emergency cooperation. At the same time, we hope that more emergency rescue enterprises will draw on grassroots disaster prevention and mitigation experience, explore scalable rescue models, and inject local case wisdom into domestic rescue plans and international cooperation mechanisms.".
